  • The place was fun. Took my son and some friends there. The really annoying thing was they say download their app and get a but one get one free ticket. Then I get to the counter and select use it on my app and it disappears then they tell my the buy one get one free can only be used by the same person to add on an hour. That's ridiculous buy one ticket get one free means exactly that. What's the difference if I use the hour or someone else. I was really irritated by this. You need to clearly state this!!! 😡 now I deleted the app.
  • The facility is spacious, well-lit and tastefully decorated. I like the open concept that allows for great supervision. HOWEVER... The registration process was tedious. I'm all for going green, but that damn touch-screen seemed like an overly complicated breach of my private information. I needed to supply my phone numbers, email, exact birthdate, postal code, etc. In a world of identity theft and spam, I felt as though the requested info was an excessive breach of personal privacy. When I asked the worker why they needed all this information, he replied" This is a legal document. You need to put the details in to verify age." Clearly, the registration was NOT a legal document but rather a data-mining method to sell my info to various marketing buyers. The cost for our family was 20 dollars a head. Pretty steep for jumping on trampolines, but whatever. Once the fee was paid, the attendant asked if we had grippy enough socks. I replied, "Yeah, sure. Our socks are all great. The attendant then allowed us into the park. We had to fork over 2 bucks for a locker. After jumping for 5 minutes, one of the attendants peeled himself away from texting (very unprofessional) to ask about our family's socks. He politely asked if our socks had enough grip. I replied in the affirmative. He asked to inspect my socks. I refused. He said that all people should have the Flying Squirrel brand socks. He informed me that I needed to go pay 12 more dollars for special socks for each of my family members. I told him that I was not willing to pay. He told me that if I didn't, I was not welcome to use any of the trampolines. I asked if he had any spare socks that we could borrow. He said that they didn't operate that way. I thanked him for the info and then informed him that I would be taking a third option called REFUND. I returned to the front desk and asked for a refund. The supervisor on duty wisely offered free socks for each of our family members, but I was in no mood to jump around at that point. I paid 6 dollars for each of my kids for their special socks, and asked for a refund. They offered me two free passes rather than getting a cash refund. I politely refused their offer and asked for a refund to my credit card. The supervisor warned me that the credit card machine only works about 50% of the time when issuing a refund. I asked for cash and they kindly agreed. There were less than a dozen people in the facility tonight. I though that is was very foolish to nit-pick the details of one person's version of grippy sock with another person. The texting-employee should have ran to the back room, grabbed four pairs of used socks and said, "I'm worried about your socks. Take these on the house :)" Instead, on a slow night he decided to play sock police and tell me that I could pay to be there but not use the facility. This unwise, bored millennial employee soured my experience. The kids, however, had a fantastic time. It was nice to see them spend so much energy learning to twist, flip, throw, balance etc. I'd go back, but only when time has cleansed the bitter taste from my mouth. Better employee training needed.
  • Every time I have come here I have been treated with respect, and it's always a pleasure to see the smiles all around. Clean and well laid-out. Tends to get busy on weekends, so I'd recommend trying it out on a weekday if you prefer more room to yourself. I did the online waiver on my phone ahead of time, and it was a breeze. Only ever had great experiences with this place.
  • I took my 5 and 2 year old there on Sunday afternoon. There is a New Jumper Registration area on the left that we thought we should fill out after paying. No, it was to be done before paying or they cannot process your payment. After waiting in line a full 15 minutes we got in. The socks provided are a good idea, but they fell off our 2 year old many times, not a big deal. The bathrooms were clean. I noticed the mats around the trampoline were stained with dirt in most cases, and I did not see anyone clean while I was there. I did notice most staff members were very young, which is great for a summer job, but I hope they have training for accidents and I think you need more of them. The shoe area could be kept cleaner. There were 2 staff members at the party check-in area that could have been cleaning while they stood doing nothing (I asked them to help with the line-up situation and was told they could not, which is fine, but they could have stepped in and made sure customers like us had filled out waivers while waiting in such a long line, or kept the shoe area a little neater.). We got in and went to the 6 & under area, which was pretty fun for the kids, and pretty safe. I took my 5 year old to the main area for a bit, but I watched him like a HAWK. Some parents let their little ones run rampant there, and there were MANY near misses between teenagers doing flips and 3 year-olds running in front or behind them all the while. It was insanity. My 5 year old actually got injured at one point just from landing funny on his back, but was fine. Interestingly, the only person that came to check on us while he was crying was a 4 year old boy who asked what was the matter and hugged my son. No staff. The place is severely under-staffed in my opinion, and I do not recommend letting your 6-and-unders go there without you right beside them. And if I was the parent of a teenager, I would want the staff watching my kids to make sure they don't land on a child and get hurt. The music was way too loud and night-club-ish. On the way out, we paid $5 cash to do a lazer maze room, which is very overpriced, but very fun. It took us 2 minutes. I think it should be free or at the most, $2. We wanted to try the ninja warrior course, but my 5 year old is about 2 feet too short. It is too bad there isn't one scaled to younger kids because it looked fun. Overall, I would not recommend this place to family or friends, and although my kids were smiling and moving a lot, the 5 year old said the best part was the 2-minute lazer maze room, and he did not express wanting to return. I would rather my kids learn to flip and jump at a gymnastics centre during a drop in time that is properly supervised. Hire more staff!
  • Terrible service. Switched our wrist bands 3 times because they kept screwing it up. Told us they would give us an extra 30mins for the trouble and interruptions. Only to then tell us that our time was up sooner than the 30mins. When we questioned them their response was yeah that was a mistake we can't give you the 30 mins we said. Absolutely ridiculous and no customer service skills at all. A child also got hurt and no one came to help him. I had to go to get someone after we noticed that no one had come over. We will NEVER go back!!!
