  • Huge Alberta Provincial Park, lots of hiking trails, It's not my favorite park, but parking is convenient.  more »
  • Fish Creek Park is wonderful with endless meandering trails that loop along the river, across prairie land and through the trees. Birds and occasionally other wildlife. Fishing spots, too.  more »

  • We are so lucky to have a park like this in our city. As a mountain biker I absolutely love having this park so close to home. A few minutes from the house and I'm in my happy place on the trails. The park offers a wide variety of trails for all skill levels from pavement to shale, to single track. Perfect for evening and weekend rides to burn off the stresses of the office. Can't wait for the snow to melt so I can get back out there again.
  • Even with 2 ft of snow they do a great job of keeping main paths clear. Beautiful park year round. Been coming here my whole life!
  • Best place to spend the day with family and friends. We walk our dogs there daily. The paths are less maintained than they used go be. It is disappointing that they put all the playgrounds behind the fences and you have to pay to use them or my little one can't stop at the play ground when we are walking put dogs. The changes that they are making are definately disappointing. I hope they make it more family friendly and better maintained so I can continue to walk my dogs there
  • A beautiful nature space. Take a walk very near and in the city that feels like you are out in the wilderness. Stroll along the creek side and explore forested areas that are stunning without having to travel great distances to get there.
  • What can be said about Fish Creek park that has not already been said. Winter or summer the park is beautiful. Summer the picnic and grilling. Hiking for hours all the time if you quiet enough wildlife all-around. Winter x country skiing and more hiking. Again After the hike spark up the grill available in some of the picnic areas and recharge. You can spend the whole day there and not scratch the surface. Well worth the visit.
