Horrible establishment! Expect zero customer service. Deserves Zero stars! Booked my child's birthday party here in December of 2016. We had added on 30min in the party room, which was confirmed by an...  more »

I booked a group of almost 20 people for this place. You have to check in as a group which was a but confusing as I wasn't super organized. I'd suggest arriving early. Bring drinks. The kids had a gre...  more »

This place is unsupervised. You cannot view at least 2/3 of the facility from the free observation deck. By having parents observe children they are essentially reducing your liability so why then charge $17.00 per hour for those parents who wish to be diligent. After paying $269.00 for 11 people you would think they would allow an additional parent to at least observe from the many hard deck surfaces available where proper observation can take place. I was told that this all boiled down to liability but simply signing the waiver would have taken care of insurance, not the exchange of dollars between hands. Will be taking my business to Flying Squirrel and the plethora of other options available. Will definitely share my experience with anyone and everyone I can. Avoid this place as anyone could leave with your child especially when the lights go out.

Very good! Lots of fun but a bit expensive for one hour. There is lots to do, great ambience and very friendly and helpful staff. I had a great time and would come again

I think they are hiring the wrong people because it's not a happy place. The staff seem to hate their job. Two things I would like to see are more smiles from staff and perhaps a place for parents to be so they can take pictures of the little ones jumping.

I had my daughters's birthday there yesterday. maybe it was just the time of day, but it seemed crowded and the layout made it difficult to keep tabs on all of the kids. Mostly, everything felt like they're trying to cram too much into the space they have. That said, the kids had a great time. However, I think that we would go to Flying Squirrel next time despite the price difference.

Had my daughters tenth birthday there a few weekends ago. I have planned many parties all around the city and I have to say I was very impressed with the air park. It was very busy and I felt like the staff was very efficient and friendly. The kids had an amazing time. The party rooms were a great size and since no one had the room before it was our time they let us set up and bring our stuff in early which I really appreciated. My only cons would be cost (tho much cheaper then the flying squirrel) $19 for a 2 year old to jump is a little much. Also they didn't give a shout out to my daughter whIle they jumped and it was part of the package. Otherwise great party location would definitely recommend it!!

Where to stay in Calgary

South of the river is where most of the action happens in Calgary, and that's where you'll find the best selection of places to stay. Downtown, the central neighborhood located on the river's southern bank offers the widest range of choices, with access to several of the city's major metro stations a big plus. For arts, nightlife, and quality of living, go to The Beltine, known for its cafes, restaurants, arts, and entertainment. If you're just visiting the city briefly but want access to onward transport links, choose accommodations located close to the city's international airport.
