I came with a large group of friends and the air park was okay for the first two hours. We got hungry and went to the mall nearby to pick up some food and when we got back the "manager" said we were n... read more »

I had such a great time here jumping in the foam pit and playing trampoline basketball! I would definitely recommend it to others. Ample parking, clean place, friendly staff.
my daughter and I had a great time and thought it was extremely well priced considering the operating costs and start up costs of a business like this. I'm surprised how many people complain about the costs...sit back and think about the initial construction, rent, utilities, liability insurance, pay roll, source deductions, etc. as far as bang for your buck goes....this place is great! staff were helpful and friendly, setup was well thought out.
Terrible experience. Went in there to jump and the place was stealing money! No staff...unsafe....the foam pits had dirty bandages and socks! Closed off sections. Leaks from the ceiling. And the place smelt like a garbage can. Go to the other park in town...so much better. Also, after looking at the reviews, I've noticed the the owner does not give a crap about his customers. THEy are COPY and PASTING their responses. So extreme air park....do not worry...I will respond for you. See attachment below... , Thank you for taking the time to express your opinion (positive or negative). We do try to make every experience a special one and when we fall short do our best to make it right, although there are always those we just cannot make happy and we accept this. In respect to reviews it is important to put things in perspective. Of all the reviews out there, these reviews (negative and positive combined) do not equate to a fraction of one percent of all the customers that have visited us since our first day of business. This translates to one person in every 12,000 visitors write a review and less than $30% of all reviews are negative and where we could not make those people happy. Restaurants and many other high profile businesses would love to have this ratio and we are proud of it. We cannot make everyone happy; we make mistakes and fall short. This is true of every business. But because you read a review that sounds bad it does not mean your experience will be the same, in fact the percentages prove that you will have a great experience, and to be candid, why take a strangers word when you can experience us for yourself and see why 99.999% of our customers love our facility. We urge you to take reviews into perspective, know that if you have a concern we will do our best to address it and make it right, and that we appreciate all feedback even if the review is a drop in the bucket of all our customers that have enjoyed our park. We appreciate your business and trust you experience us for yourself rather than listening to someone you do not know and where the whole story is not known
It's been really fun so far! The staff are really nice and theres alot of trampolines so plenty of room to jump! Plus, the socks are cute and whenever it gets dark it's super fun cause they glow in the dark! Prices are also really low.
Walked up last night with my posse of 6. Got our waivers done and our jump socks on in record time. Always a fun time and will probably tucker you out pretty quick. I do recommend coming midweek if you are not a huge fan of reckless children who apparently like to be crushed. We went on a tuesday night and the place was practically empty (SUCCESS!) Staff are all young folks who either don't give two beans about working or are super uptight and kind of rude. BUT as long as you follow the small list of rules you should have little problem with them. The foam put does eat socks and if you lose your socks in the foam pit they suggest you purchase another paid for $5 (this was a bit lame, but you can also find a replacement sock in the foam pit if you don't mind that kind of thing) Its a whole lotta fun for $18 but make sure you stretch before hand if you're not an agile child or an acrobat (I'm sitting here reading other reviews of injury and thinking that these accidents can easily be prevented with a little limbering up - this IS a pretty intense exercise after all) NO other gym would be able to get away with NOT having water fountains - THAT is my only issue with this place.
I had such a great time here with my friends. Location was easy to find. The place was very clean and the staff were really on the ball. Whole place is rigged up with black lights and the foam pit and half pipe areas were very cool. Park pass price was very reasonable and literally less than half the price of flying squirrel. I would pick Extreme Air Park any day over them. Good job guys!
