  • a hot summer day - perfect for visiting in this heavenly place. The infrastructure is very well spent. But the maintenance is deficient. The dirt road has large and deep potholes, the toilets (without water) very dirty and bedraggled. What a pity! Nevertheless, the two hours were a delight!

  • We drive this route a lot and enjoy stopping for a quick lakeside visit. If its nice we dip our feet in the lake. Campsites are small and units over 24ft should give this place a miss.  more »
  • A small, narrow park between the road a deep lake a shade of intense acquamarine unlike any natural water I've ever seen (at Disney theme parks, they dye the water this color). The residential end of ...  more »
  • Far enough from Vancouver to get away from the crouds but not a whole day trip to get to. Camping facilities are resonable, all three lakes are clean and crystal clear. Lots of fish action. Hard to get bites but plenty of presence. Just spent the long weekend here with the family. Worth the drive through beautiful mountain passes and canyons. Saw one herd of mountain sheep/goats?? Will be returning. Only downside would be right next to the highway so traffic driving by can be heard late at night when sitting listening to the fire.
  • Beautiful. A lot of car traffic. Back and forth and dusty. Toilets and tables and lakes. It was pretty excellent. $18/nite. Wow!!
  • Not a lot of places to camp. The garbages were overflowing when I was there. The sites are close to the water, which you can swim in. You are surrounded by really beautiful mountains. Even though it's close to the highway, because the sites are down a hill it's actually very peaceful at night.
  • We drove by a couple of campsites in the area and this is the best by far. Right by a nice lake with minimal waves and trout jumping out of the waters occasionally. There are 30 campsites available and they're all first come first served.
  • So beautiful! Perfect in between stop when going from whistler to wells gray
