  • Burnaby Mountain Park is an absolutely stunning aspect of beauty. You get to see spectacular views from the top of the hills of downtown Vancouver, Metrotown and the ocean as well as the North Shore mountains. There are many beautiful totem poles that are carved out very well. There is a nice spider web playground to keep your kids entertained for hours. Did I also mention the gorgeous views of Indian Arm and the surrounding mountains?
  • Great views without having to go to Cyprus or Seymour. We recently watched the meteor shower from here while relaxing against the totem poles. Lots of bike paths and walkable areas as well as a small flower garden. The new Horizon's restaurant gets a little noisy when there's a party though so don't expect a quiet night on the weekends.
  • What a wonderful park with year round views of Vancouver & Burnaby as well as up the Inlet towards Deep Cove. This is a fantastic year round park with: a restaurant, a concession stand, public washrooms, a rose garden & various seasonal plantings, a playground, park benches, walking paths, a collection of Japanese Indigenous totems, and plenty of parking!! A wonderful outing for young & old alike!!
  • Amazing views and gardens. Romantic. Peaceful. Great place for a picnic.
  • Been here twice; one for the Meteor shower and second for the Northern lights. Lots of people on such days but you get a beautiful view of those occurrences as well as the city. Great place for photographers!
