  • I've been going to LaSalle park for decades. It's a great place to have a picnic with the family or go on a hike. Down the hill you have the Burlington Yacht club and you will often see people fishing...  more »
  • Beautiful spot, wonderful scenery, brought mom there who is 79 for a nice short hike. Lots of different species of birds along the shore line. Have also taken my son's fishing there.  more »
  • I live close by. I take out grandchildren there. Nice play ground. They can look at the boats. Swans, ducks and lots of land to run and play and explore the nature trails.  more »

  • Fantastic park. Great mini trails filled with critters that will eat right out of your hands, rare birds to see, a beach full of swans ducks and geese, ball diamond, a wading pool for the kiddos, great little playground (sand) and plenty of space for picnics.
  • Splash pad and wading pool are perfect on a hot summer day. Nice walking trails with friendly (read: hungry) local wildlife. Bathroom facilities could use a little more attention and some repair.
  • I used to walk here almost everyday with great friends! Love the short trail. It doesn't matter what the weather is.
  • The waterfront trails and boardwalks are probably my family's favourite place to go in Burlington. Relaxing and beautiful with plenty of little forest creatures to see. My kid has fed many chipmunks, squirrels and birds here. A wonderful place for a family walk.
  • Nice picnic areas, wading pool is really nice for small and big kids, good trails and if you keep going you will get to the pier which is very nice too. Parking can be a problem when a wedding is happening.
