  • Best shopping mall in town. All stores you need are right here. Enough parking for everyone. A must to visit  more »
  • I go to Dix/30 about twice a month. I love all the stores so close together, but it's so cold in the winter! I prefer going to an indoor mall in the winter, but that's me. They do have little fire pit...  more »
  • District 10-30 is a shopping mall just outside. You find something for everyone. Free parking. You can walk your leisure c, preferably in good weather. Because it's a foreign purchase, so without protection from the elements. In winter, it's windy and you need to take your car to go to retail stores. But the summer worth a walk on foot if you are not pressed

  • If you like to get everything at the reach of your car. At least there's a underground parking. Be sure to leave before the closing hours otherwise you'll stay stuck for a while because of the traffic
  • ok shopping mall on the south shore. its very american in feels and look with everything spread out where the lazy drives around while the more fit would walk. not practical during the cold days of winter. concept works in a warmer climate but up here, in the cold north? it doesn't make sense. anyway, you can find pretty much everything (as in retail stores) even the recently opened david's tea.. to think we have plenty of those in montreal and the south just got it.. restaurants are ok. only franchises and a copper branch. other than that, don't expect to find the little hole in the wall kind of places you'd find in montreal. don't expect to find indie coffee shop too. very sad :( its definitely not my kind of place but if one feels the desire to travel but can't afford to take off for a weekend or doesn't have the mean for it well, a crazy long bus ride to dix-30 and you'll be in another world. it does feel like you're somewhere else. for a lack of better words, its very douche just like Laval Centropolis
  • Favorite outdoor shopping spots. During the warm months of the year, there are plenty of people and great events. You can find almost anything at Dix30 and with the expansion of the Square, even more stores, restaurants and pubs. Underground parking is also available, which makes parking during winter easier and more accessible.
  • Beaucoup de choix
  • Toujours du traffic et parking souterrain
