  • Quartier DIX30 is amazing! There is great shopping at over 100+ stores and a wonderful choice of restaurants, cafés and bakeries when you want to take a break. This place is huge! Shopping is a great ...  more »
  • Today Sunday, November 20, 2016, we went to the Dix30 in family. I have never seen so many traffic jams. The traffic lights change five minutes on certain streets. It took us 20 minutes sometimes to get out of the parking lot (we weren't the only ones) and 15 more minutes to cross the kilometer which separated us from the other store. People were impatient, klaxonaient and everybody cut everybody. Very bad experience. This place is maybe Nice in the summer because you can walk but when back in the car between each store and hit the traffic, it's really not worth.

  • Good variety of stores, it is virtually impossible to not find the desired product. Food: excellent for the choice of cuisine and for all budgets. Accessible underground parking easily, especially in the winter. Friendly neighborhood appreciated more in the summer. Unless you're an Excellent Walker. To move by car to have access to several stores. Very large complex!

  • If you like to get everything at the reach of your car. At least there's a underground parking. Be sure to leave before the closing hours otherwise you'll stay stuck for a while because of the traffic
  • ok shopping mall on the south shore. its very american in feels and look with everything spread out where the lazy drives around while the more fit would walk. not practical during the cold days of winter. concept works in a warmer climate but up here, in the cold north? it doesn't make sense. anyway, you can find pretty much everything (as in retail stores) even the recently opened david's tea.. to think we have plenty of those in montreal and the south just got it.. restaurants are ok. only franchises and a copper branch. other than that, don't expect to find the little hole in the wall kind of places you'd find in montreal. don't expect to find indie coffee shop too. very sad :( its definitely not my kind of place but if one feels the desire to travel but can't afford to take off for a weekend or doesn't have the mean for it well, a crazy long bus ride to dix-30 and you'll be in another world. it does feel like you're somewhere else. for a lack of better words, its very douche just like Laval Centropolis
  • Favorite outdoor shopping spots. During the warm months of the year, there are plenty of people and great events. You can find almost anything at Dix30 and with the expansion of the Square, even more stores, restaurants and pubs. Underground parking is also available, which makes parking during winter easier and more accessible.
  • Beaucoup de choix
  • Toujours du traffic et parking souterrain
