  • If you live in the area its nice to quench your curiosity by taking the tour. It could have been a little longer though and would have been more interesting of we ventured deeper into the mine. The train ride and history are interesting though
  • Interesting to know more about how copper is mined and the environmental fallout. Our guide was knowledgeable. Working machinery demos. But Train ride is shorter than we thought.
  • I remember visited this place is 20yrs ago and it change a lot and specially about the environment impact about this mine and how they improve it last 10yrs, and also more visual information about the mining process, my kids love it. You should be there with your kids even for yourself too, you will appreciate what they do.
  • Finally took the kids here and it is worth the visit. Admission is a bit pricey, but the exhibits and tour guides provide good value if you spend the time to explore all there is to offer. Particularly enjoyed the panning.
  • My kids ask to go here whenever we pass it on the way up to Squamish. They love the rail car ride & tour, and the gold panning. They've got lots of great historical info, and items on display. Great to hear that the government has cleaned up the environment from the previous mining operation. It's a little pricey (~$90 family of four) so it may be a little while before our 4th visit.
