  • Seeing as how we are from a small town with minimal shopping options, almost anywhere is a great place to shop. Nice food court, well laid out and lots of great options for shopping. Thoroughly enjoye...  more »
  • The mall itself is okay but in the stores I find people just throw things on the floor and it makes me feel really bad for the employees who have to clean that.
  • I live in Brampton, close to the mall as a matter of fact. It has pretty much everything you need which is convenient. It's the biggest mall in Brampton so most people living in here shop there. So it...  more »

  • Mall has a lot of store chooses so you're not forced to buy from one expensive seller like other malls. I like that it caters to everyone and not just specific individuals. Good place to go shopping with family, but bring a stroller if you have toddlers, this mall is huge.
  • Since the expansion a few years ago it seems like its easier to move around in terms of it feeling less congested. The stores are all modern and relevant. Two food courts and great restaurants outside the mall walking distance.
  • This mall has grown substantially over the years! It now has a Pickle Barrel and a Spring Rolls and a large selection of stores to buy clothes from. I primarily buy clothes with my siblings at the various clothes outlets here. The place is packed with phone companies of all sorts so you can go there to get your plans. Zellers closed and target also closed recently. It's generally a great mall to shop for menswear and mid-end clothes.
  • The renovated sections look good. Decent stores like Aritzia and Forever 21. Ample parking. Comparable to Erin Mills Town Centre.
  • Sorry that my write up is so long but I wanted to let people know my very bad experience with Bramalea City Center Sears portrait studio.I have never written a bad review before but I am so upset and disappointed in the service I received that I had to write and let other people know what horrible service we received. We have tried to use there photo services on two different occasions, first was for our pregnancy pictures. Firstly any newly pregnant family knows how exciting it is and how much you want to capture that special time. I was extremely ill through my entire pregnancy with numerous complications. It was extremely difficult for me to get out of the house to get these pictures done. The pictures were so bad we couldn't even use them. They were blurry and my husband and I were completely washed out, stark white. The lady surveying us told us it was just the computers and that when we got the prints back they would be fine. We believed her so we ordered numerous pictures and a canvas. When we receive them we couldn't believe that we actually paid for these. I called the studio and complained about the quality of the pictures. The manager did nothing to rectify the problem. By this time I had given birth and we would never get another opportunity to take pregnancy pictures. At the time of our pregnancy photo shoot they talked us into a on-site photo session. We agreed and paid for it (we had not seen the pregnancy pictures at this point ). Because I was so disappointed in the photos I did not book this on-site session. The photo studio kept calling me to schedule the appointment. I finally called back and voice my concerns about getting them to do another photo shoot even though we had already paid for it. She recommended a different photographer and I agreed and booked it for Friday, October 7 at one in the afternoon. It was to be a family Halloween photo shoot with our now six-month-old daughter. Over the next few weeks I received numerous email reminders about my upcoming photo shoot. On the day of the photo shoot I did my hair and makeup and my husband, daughter and I got dress in our costumes (my husband took the day off work). By 1:15 I called Bramalea city centre Sears Portrait studio and ask how much longer it would be until they arrived. We were told that we were booked in their computer system for the photo shoot but nobody was coming. The excuse I got was there must've been a glitch in the computer system. Because the on-site photographers didn't have it booked in their schedule. My neighbour was nice enough to take a few pictures of the three of us in our costumes but it is not the same. My husband and I wanted professional pictures of our daughter's first Halloween. I called the managers manager (Brian) and relayed everything that happened. He said he would find out what happened and get back to me Tuesday and try to make the situation right. It is know Thursday with my response I have called Brain to find out what's going on but still no response. I have never been more disappointed in customer service then I have with Bramalea city centre Sears Portrait studio. I would strongly recommend to anybody wanting to capture a special moment to go someplace else.
