  • Very inviting but we opted to not taste the wine as we found it too pricey for our pocketbook. Tastings were cheap enough but there was no wine to purchase under $20.
  • Arrived just minutes before closing so couldn't give it a fair shake. But the staff was nice and I left with a bottle so all is good.
  • Although I'm not thrilled with the taste of Prince Edward County wines, I do enjoy visiting the estates and Huff is certainly top notch. The art gallery offers new exhibits monthly and is well worth t...  more »

  • Terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend Huff Estate to anyone. My friends and I enjoy going to the wineries to speak to knowledgeable staff and appreciate the art of wine making. Even getting the chance to meet the winemaker is always a bonus. I love hearing about how the wines are created, and seeing the passion come through their staff. Unfortunately, Huff Estates didn't offer any of that. Their staff looked more bored, annoyed and rushing their visitors. They're in desperate need of some extensive training in offering memorable customer service. For example, saying hello to your guests would be a good start. An excellent opportunity to say hello would be when your guests walk in, or when they walk up to the taste testing area, or even better...how about when they want to make a purchase..a hello would be splendid vs "$19, how would you like to pay." I hope the owners take another look at their service team and maybe even check out the awesome experience of the up and coming wineries. For now, your most memorable experience was a negative one. Disappointing to know that their winemakers spend so much effort and time to nail down the perfect bottle to only be ruined by a team that doesn't hold the same passion. • Came here as part of a weekend wine tour package, and met some great people during our stay. Fantastic rooms, great for a weekend get away. Our group was feeling hungry after the wine tour, and we learned that there is no food available after 6pm, either at the hotel or the restaurant on the estate. Fortunately the front desk was extremely accommodating and allowed us to use their dining room for drinks and helped us order in a light meal while we waited for our 9pm dinner reservations. Will definitely come back again next year, and we'll remember to pack snacks next time to tide us over!
  • Stopped in for a quick tasting when we were in the area. Service was good and the wine was delicious. Maybe I'm cheap but I thought the wine was a little pricey. $30 CAD for the bottles we bought. Really cool building.
  • We have been here many times, and always make a point of visiting at least once for lunch when we are in the area, and of course to stock up on wine for home. We are never disappointed. The food is amazing and the wine selection is excellent. Sitting on the terrace having lunch overlooking the vineyards you feel like you are in France. Love this winery!
  • Reasonable price for the area, still very removed from any other destination, so be prepared to be fleeced by the only cab company in town. Rooms are well furnished, carpets could use a replacement. Would recommend considering most other options are unregulated airbnbs.
