  • Very worthwhile historical tourist attraction - with a surprisingly large floor space of meticulously maintained original and replicated furnishings. If you like history and museums, you'll find yourself intrigued by the originality and intricate detail put into the historically accurate renovations. The staff is VERY knowledgeable about all aspects of the estate, from design and typical use of the many areas of the house for entertaining to architectural features. None of my questions (often relating to very specific aspects) were left unanswered. This is a hidden gem that took me by surprise, as I expected that there would be far less to experience considering only hearing about it in 2016.
  • Great historical site for kids to learn about how things were in the 1800s
  • Love taking my daughter there to show her the way life was year's ago.
  • My kids love it and also great to learn about the history of our beautiful city.
  • Spooky ghosts and pokemon live here!
