  • I think Dillon's is doing many great things with distilled spirits of all types. Their Unfiltered Gin 22 is the best gin I've ever had. The absinthe (which I'm sipping right now) is delightful. And th...  more »

  • They make a very good gin. The bitters are also worth your time. I haven't been terribly fond of their other offerings.
  • These guys are just the best! Really great people having a good time with booze! Not afraid to experiment and see what comes of it. Of course it's a bit easier to experiment when you're that good at distilling...
  • Very good quality products, but really not worth actually visiting. They only want you to arrange tours far ahead of time - which might be practical for the lone traveler, but is not if you are travelling with other people, a situation where you often do not know if you will even be able to visit until the last moment. So you are left to basically wander the storefront, buy something and leave, which honestly makes for a somewhat awkward experience as someone touring a wine region.
  • I used to be a huge supporter of Dillon's. It's a local company that makes great gin and I'd visited their distillery before and enjoyed the experience. But they continue to disappoint me. They pulled these sneaky, underhanded tactics when they rolled out their absinthe pre-orders, by charging people for only HALF the price of the absinthe while not making it clear that the other half of the price was due upon picking up the absinthe. The fact that it was $70 and not $35 was written in small, unclear fine print and I never would've ordered as many bottles as I did if I had known the true full price. So sneaky and dirty. When I spoke to management about it, they were unresponsive and rude and weren't apologetic in the least. I expect this kind of stuff from corporate giants like Bell, who have decades of experience in screwing their customers over, but not from a company like this. Oh, and they're throwing a spring party in April 2016 on a Tuesday and charging people $80 for three cocktails and "canapes". I don't like the attitude of this company and their marketing strategies, so I no longer support this company nor want anything to do with them.
  • Nice atmosphere and really cool people, making very interesting products.
