  • This afternoon while passing through, we decided to stop at Agawa India Crafts. The Carver and Camper store were closed for the season but the Agawa India Crafts portion was open to handle fuel sales. The lady working outside was wonderful and pleasant offering us a cup of hot coffee or tea. She mentioned to have a look while inside. Once inside we browsed the store. A few items were appealing and caught our eye again. We were there over the Thanksgiving weekend returning from camp, similar to today. I asked the lady at the counter what the sales rates were on 2 items. She told me to "read the tags, we're closed. The sales are done." No hello, what are you interested in, how can I help. Just a snide look and short response. Like I was a total inconvenience to her. I walked out. Probably never a return visit from us again. not the first time we have this issue with the older staff. Too bad.
  • The signs for the Crafts store and GAS BAR are all up and down the highway but THEY ARE CLOSED FOR THE SEASON! There is NO GAS between Wawa and McCauley's (before Sault Ste Marie). What is even more frustrating is the hours listed on this google listing are probably for the crafts store but come on - FALSE ADVERTISING!
