  • Great place! My crawling 9 month old loved the toddler areas. I liked seeing the “breastfeeding friendly” sticker on the door. The only thing that would make this better is if they had programs like storytelling and songs for the little guys (under 2), I know they have lots of activities for the older kids.
  • Friendly, helpful staff welcomed us and were happy to answer questions. Our first visit they went as far to offer a tour of party rooms when asking about them. It's mostly clean, staff seen cleaning play and cafe areas..prompt to refill soap when asked. Girls bathroom had space to accommodate a nursing mother & baby's needs. Bright open facility with plenty of room to run, slide, glide, bounce etc. Wasn't too busy the times we went...was advised weekends get busier with birthday parties. Free Wi-Fi 👍Music and Tv playing in cafe area. Lots of seating to relax and supervise your kids playing. Safety gates to contain areas for smaller children. Several ceiling fans...necessary even during extreme cold winter as my little ones became hot and sweaty fast! Observed staff checking all stamps of those leaving to ensure children leave with family that brought them. Offering 2 hour supervised drop off for winter play with grill cheese and drink included, price is $20 then half price for siblings...advised best to call day ahead to book to ensure service availability. A great place for children, big and small to get out & enjoy some physical activity...even learn fun facts posted everywhere. My kids have been begging to return. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was last time I planned to meet another parent for our girls to enjoy a play date only to be disappointed it was closed for a private function. Not sure if they posted the closure that time but this visit I was sure to check their social media/website ...as well I called ahead to ensure open to public beforehand. Must wear socks...provided for sale if needed. I was advised no outside food or drinks unless it's "Picnic Wednesday" ☺
  • A top notch indoor kids play area. Not a lot to say that hasn't already been said. $10 is a bargain. Snack bar also reasonable. Finally a great place that isn't a money grab. Larger adults may struggle to get their smaller kids on some of the play areas. But those areas are meant for kids able to climb on their own. There is a side for younger kids (2 and under) and a side for larger kids. My daughter loved the toys and balloon area. I was impressed with staff, the safety measures, cleanliness and overall experience. To the owners...don't change a thing
  • Lots of interactive toys and some good play structures. They say no outside food but everything they sell is from Costco or Domino's, at a mark up.Bring your own in your pockets. You must watch your own child. Some plush toys in toddler area are covered in dust.
  • Big and fun. This is a wonderland for kids. They have a great segregated area for toddlers which has a balloon room where fans mounted above keep the balloons flying around and the toddlers go nuts over it. There are so many things to keep the kids occupied and running around. Lots of sit down areas for parents to relax and watch or even catch up on some reading. You can grab a coffee or snack and sit back and watch the chaos unfold lol. Also they are big on cleanliness. I see staff crawling around everywhere the kids go with a squirt bottle of cleaner in one hand and a cloth in the other. They also go around and pick up discarded toys and return them to their home location which keeps it fairly organized and the kids can always find what they are looking for. It's a great place and the price is right. I have now been twice and I planning on going back many more times.
