  • A fantastic place with wonder food and views. Not cheap, but a solid value.
  • Les hotel c'est maginifique , Les chambers sont tres petites et Les service c'est exellent
  • Beautiful hotel and location. The Royal tea experience was amazing. All staff were very professional and friendly. We asked one of the hotel staff for a specific hall location and she insisted to drag/carry our luggage and show us the way (Thanks Cristina). Would go back there in a heartbeat.
  • Clean, beautiful rooms. Great view. Restaurants are decent but expensive. Can't comment on the room price as it was a gift.
  • We had tea at the Rundle Lounge. It was a little confusing at first because we were able to walk in before they were open (for good reason, of course - beautiful view!). However, after we took a seat a server helped us very efficiently. We like that the tea comes with a piece of biscotti. The tea and the cheesecake were both excellent.
