  • I’ve been to several ski hills throughout BC and Banff area but this was my first time to Sunshine and it is my least favourite of all. If you are an intermediate or advanced skier/snowboarder, go els...  more »
  • Skied here in January. Sunshine Village is little different than Lake Louise. The top of the mountains have less trees so it’s more open. Lots of green runs that are easier for beginner skiers. Resort...  more »
  • We skied here for 3 days over New Years 2018 with our family of 3 kids ages 13, 11 and 8. We all loved skiing at Sunshine Village. There were a lot of great runs for the kids- our overall favorites we...  more »

  • Great ski resort for all. Had lots of powder. Good runs for all levels of skiers & snowboarders. Maps everywhere if you haven’t been there before you will be able to find you way around fairly easily. The lodges are too crowded and could be doubled. There’s not enough seating and not enough washrooms accessibility. The washrooms were also quite beat up. Overall good resort and would recommend it though.
  • Really nice village. Everything you need is in one place. The village square has an open fire to warm you up & when we got here in the morning there were staff walking around handing out free hot chocolate. Prices are very reasonable. Hiring gear was easy & quick and there’s plenty of lockers downstairs next to the lift ticket window. The shuttle is easy to get from Banff and takes about 20 minutes
  • I love this ski resort. It has amazing hours, which can be expanded by the ski-out option; the lifts close at 4 (two close at 430 to allow the ski out); If you time your last run right, you can ski from the top of the mountain all the way to the parking lot, giving you another good, long run. The restaurants are of decent quality, and the pricing is excellent. Well groomed runs.
  • This place is as beautiful as they come. The mountains surrounding the village is picturesque. The skiing is awesome and the place is very well maintained and staff are everywhere. Some of the best skiing I have done. Worth the price for the ski pass.
  • An awesome experience! It feels like you are just surrounded by snow and mountains. Even the ride up there is beautiful. Even if the weather is not at it's best, you get to have a wonderful day. Goats eye is a must do if you are ready for a more challenging shred down the mountain! Loved it!
