  • Great service! The sales person was really enthusiastic to help us. She was also very patient when we had a lot of questions. She even suggested other items to go with the handbag that we bought. I would be happy to come back and shop again.
  • maybe good deals, but very poor service, will not shop there again....being in the sales industry for years, I can tell the difference between they are willing but unable to help vs. intentionally making things difficult....highly recommend Michael Kors' service commitment in the same mall, completely different level. Even at the busiest times, I still received consistent and good level of service. Talked to the person in charge about my unsatisfied experience, heard "oh, okay". I can totally hear her thinking"like I care" ... being honest, in sales industry, bare minimum, you gotta make your customer feel that you are listening...
  • A wonderful employee helped me and my friend out the other day when we were out shopping. Her name is raveena she made us feel welcome and treated us like friends and seemed to know EXACTLY what we were looking for
  • Don`t be fooled people, look out for the 3-Stars on the products. This is a OUTLET STORE, the quality is not there. Huge difference, once you do your research. Just like gap outlet etc. I saw a huge lineup during boxing day and felt sorry for the consumers.
  • I have to disagree with the comments about poor service. I shop here infrequently, and find the service VERY good, every time. We were back in Calgary recently and i went into the store, after spending 5 hours painting in +30C heat, looking more like I needed a tent than a new handbag :-) Regardless of my messy hair, no make-up, paint covered clothes, I still got great service, consistent with every other visit I have made there.
