CrossIron Mills Reviews
Is been a while since I visited Calgary and in this ever changing city there is a new addition to the landscape - Crossiron Mall. There is a lot you can write about this kind of establishments and thi... more »
Had a great time wandering around here. Fantastic guitar shop and a bass pro shops too! Plenty of places to park and it was easy to find. Could spend a day here if you wanted too. more »
Even though it is on the other side of Calgary, I love coming to this mall because it has every shop I need! It can get quite busy, so I would recommend going when it opens if you can. Tons of parking... more »
maybe good deals, but very poor service, will not shop there again....being in the sales industry for years, I can tell the difference between they are willing but unable to help vs. intentionally making things difficult....highly recommend Michael Kors' service commitment in the same mall, completely different level. Even at the busiest times, I still received consistent and good level of service. Talked to the person in charge about my unsatisfied experience, heard "oh, okay". I can totally hear her thinking"like I care" ... being honest, in sales industry, bare minimum, you gotta make your customer feel that you are listening...
The manager Rick is very UNACCOMMODATING! I went in there to return the bags that I bought 2 weeks ago and to buy it again because they have this new promotion going on and it's a better deal. He told me I can't buy it again because I have to wait until in the afternoon or tomorrow morning. It would've been okay with me but he WOULDN'T put a hold on it for me, too! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?! Even had the nerve to lecture me about, "that's what you call loss of opportunity". Wow!!! Thanks a lot! The other manager who was there when I went the other time accommodated me when I told their sales people I want to return this bag because I want it to go with the current promotion so I can buy the other bags as well. She was very pleasant unlike the other manager, Rick! Very sad for this experience. Coach has always been my favorite brand but this manager, Rick, sucks!
My wife went in and purchased three purses, as she was trying to give the info asked at the front counter the cashier automatically assumed my wife was Mexican because of how she talked. When I called to complain with the store manager. (Karen) She was quick to defend her cashier saying calling someone Mexican is the same as saying that they speaks Spanish and was only rushing to get me off the phone. I'm disgusted by the racist attitude that was presented today. I would rather go to Michael Kors from now on
Walked into the store and 3 sales ladies were standing by the cashier gossiping among each other. No one said anything to me not even a simple greet. After I circled the store a few times still the girls are too consumed about whatever or whoever it is they are talking about so I left. Clearly these girls have better things to do than to do what they are being paid for
Worst customer service, and the manager is a f*** joke.
