The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the underground railroad and fugitive slaves settling here in Canada for refuge. This type of history is something that cannot be overlooked.

It was a wonderful experience, I learned more information about black history than I ever did from elementary or secondary school. This museum helped enlighten my knowledge about how smaller towns in Canada played apart in abolation and the underground railroad. Our guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the information given and included interactive games/riddles to participate in. You should definitely go when you get a chance, it's worth it. 👌

Really nice museum. We had a great guided tour and learned alot about the underground railroad and the early Black Settlers. Definitely worth the trip.

Highly recommended. Small but rich in history and the struggles faced by previous generations.
