  • A short hike with an awesome view! Steep climb up but not for too long of a time. View is gorgeous! Well marked paths  more »
  • This is a short trail (about 2km) that leads to a scenic look-out with spectacular views of the park. Of course, to get up to the look-out, you have to climb a bit of a hill, but at least it is...  more »
  • This is more of a walk up a steepish road than a hike which is fine- only bit of terrain was at the top. Overall a nice walk with a decent payoff of a great view. Doable with a stroller so a nice...  more »
  • It states this is a difficult hike but it is very simple for someone who is wearing appropriate clothing. We went up the left side instead of taking the full loop round and it was steeper but still a fine walk. Didn't take long at all and the views at the top were amazing! A must see in Algonquin
  • An easy loop hike of a little above one mile. Though the hike has nothing exciting to offer, the summit would have a nice view of colors in the fall. It would be worth an hour of not so difficult but steep climb. Need to have good shoes with good grip. Walking poles aren't needed, however if you aren't confident, feel free to carry them as the hike itself is not gonna be strenuous.
  • Good trail. Maintained well. Steep but doable even with kids and my bad knee. Expect loss of foot traffic. Great view from the top.
  • Very short like (about 30 mins round trip), but beautiful panoramic view of the park. Steep for short durations but not difficult. Bring some running shoes with you and you're just fine. Bugs were surprisingly not bad for the beginning of July. Some pretty butterflies along the way, too.
  • Steep but not too difficult. Just under an hour total and the BEST view Ive ever seen. It's so quiet and calm up there. They have benches to sit on if you want to just take it in. Amazing hike.
