  • A short trail (approx 1 hour) around a big beaver pond. Unfortunately we didn't see any beavers but the trail itself with the look out point is beautiful. If you want to cut the trail short, do the tr...  more »
  • Excellent short but tiring walk to end the day but you need good walking shoes. Enjoyed a great close up view of a beaver working to top things off.

  • GREAT hike! Count as #1 trail in Algonquin as it's not too long, not too hard and beautiful Don't miss it
  • Easy to moderate hike. There are no beavers left in this pond however it is a good example of the changes in landscape they can make.
