  • We were on our way to Niagara and needed to stop for lunch. Loved the hamburgers and fries. It has a great place to view the trees and buy some souvenirs. Great stop!  more »

  • It has beautiful quality items. Something for everyone. I found wonderful moccasins with comfy insoles, good outer soles for wearing outside, very pretty beading and the exact color of tan. All the things I have been looking for in moccasins. And the price was really good. Quality is exceptional. Plus I'm from the north so it's traditional to stop at the French River Trading Post.
  • Grew up in the Parry Sound District when stores like this were every 25 miles on Highway 69 so it is always great to stop in here when I am back home for trip down memory lane. They had some really nice Tom Thomson prints that are reasonably priced and a good selection of moccasins. Since the store had just open up for the season lots of the shelves were empty but there was still enough in the place to see while stretching your legs.
  • A nice place to stop for a break while driving up north. A little expensive for me, but a nice shop to look through. Food is good although portions are small. Good variety of ice cream.
  • Great family memories here, the store has something for the entire family! Restaurant food is good and the service is amazing. Definitely worth stopping in and taking a look around. Who knows maybe you'll spot the hungry bear & blueberry hound.
  • Always loved stopping here on my way up north, but the food isn't as good as it has been now. Still a good place to stop for ice cream!
