  • If you must, waste time at just one tourist market. This is the real deal. Cambodia going about its daily business in the local's marketplace. Amazing array of fresh vegetables, meats, fish and bugs. ...  more »
  • Far from Pub Street and Old Market... This is a place to visit for lovers of authenticity... Here, these aren't the downtown tourist shops, but the place where Cambodians do their shopping. There are all kinds of stores, distributed by sector. Most rich in sensations is fruits and vegetables as well as fish and meat. Sensitive nose, prepare you psychologically there are sometimes even locusts and other insects that are grilled, and any kind of meat and dried fish. The tissue sector is impressive and the prices are much lower than in the City Center for a better quality markets. However the discounts are less important. At the bottom of the market, these are used items... A visit that takes an hour or two, but very rewarding on the way of life of Cambodians.

  • I went in a tuk-tuk. Speaking of Pesaro will take me. Selling fruit, meat, fish, live birds, such as many things. Morning 6 jisu dammed to went. Passage through the bike and I stayed. Did not see too many tourists. Japanese idol in Siem Reap to teach the morning staff eat in the shop at the entrance of the Psalter. By taberemashita speaking sadtrue on $ 1 delicious pork rice. Soup and salad with! It is recommended that feel local, if you want to go to psara!

  • Really cool local market! You may not see any foreigners here, but you will see jewelers actively melting gold into fine pieces. Really cool!
  • One of the two biggest wet/morning markets in the heart of Siem Reap where you can find loads of stuff to buy. I enjoy seeing and vying from the morning sales as there a battery of fresh stuff.
  • Biggest local market in Siem Reap and has hundreds of stores. It sell everything; clothes, snack, kitchenware, food, meat, vegetable, gold... The price is good but not many store sellers speak English. Good to buy local products at bargain price. For travelers it is good opportunity to see local life and good chance for local interaction and photo shooting.
  • It's really great.
  • It's another big public market in Siem Reap city. Various products you can buy from.
