  • We are a family of 6 with teenagers who like climbing stuff so this was a great hit for us. You can climb the very steep steps to the top if you are game. The steps on the right (facing from the road)...  more »

  • Going up to Phnom Bakheng, in the lower part of the trail, on the right, you can see this temple that it didn't seem to much and I couldn't even tell if there is a path to get there.

  • Non-touristic temple you can climb in a few minutes (but be careful and dont use the steps in the front, theyre the worst). We went here for the sunset when the popular spots seemed to full and had this place to ourselves. Absolutely fantastic experience and alot of fun since theres noone around Bring a flashlight to inspect the inside at the top and to safely climb down if it gets too dark.
  • An often over-looked temple. Most times of day, you can have the place all to yourself. Climb to the top and you can often see people having elephant rides going around the base.
  • Pyramid shape temple locate on the way between Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom. Pay a short visit if you have time.
  • There was not a single other person here, which gaurentees 5 stars within the tourist madness that envelops Angkor Wat. It's also a fun, somewhat scary climb to the top where you'll find a nice view back to Charles DG Blvd. on one side and the tops of trees on the other. There's a sleeping Buddha inside at the top.
  • Protect the monuments lot of tree are growing on the monument
