  • Lovely Wat in Phnom Penh, has free and open meditation sessions at least three times per week. Well kept and a peaceful place in the busy city. Make sure to visit, and leave a small tip (as is customa...  more »
  • Temple of local tourist destinations, not the local people attending. Recommended to building Japan style is quite different, so the first visit local temples in Cambodia. If you reverse the order to other local temples are nothing less.

  • I visited around the middle of the day and so the buildings were all closed to visitors, but it was still possible to wander around the grounds and admire the exterior of the temples. All quite attrac...  more »

  • A colourful Buddhist temple, offering free one-hour Vipassana meditation sessions in its central vihara at 6pm on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and on Sunday morning at 8am. Warning: if you’ve never done it before, an hour will seem like an eternity, so it’s acceptable to just do 20 or 30 minutes.
  • It's worth coming in the afternoon to join the meditation on Mo, Th, Sa from 6:00 to 7:00 pm
  • Historically pagoda. They also provide place to say to young man from province during their study at university.
  • Wat Lang Ka is one of the main pagoda's in Phnom Penh and is often very busy with monks and other buddhists worshipping.
  • As a big home to Buddhist people, it is not strange to see many Buddhist pagodas in the land of Cambodia, especially in Phnom Penh city. Wat Langka or Langka Pagoda is also one of the oldest pagodas in the city situated on the southwest side of Independent monument. Old in term age but modern in term of the development. She is not only a home of peace for local Buddhists but also the attracted point for tourists by the golden beauty of the building's structure as well. Not different from other pagodas, Wat Langka requires silent, respect, and good manner from all visitors.
