Flea Market Shopping
Phnom Penh's Night Market offers all sorts of souvenirs, clothes, and street food in a bustling setting very popular with locals. Indulge in some serious retail therapy as you browse the stalls and stands of the market, where you can pick up everything from knock-off fashion items to handmade crafts. Grab a sausage-on-a-stick or some noodles to refuel, then treat yourself to a cool beer or fresh-squeezed fruit juice. Take a break from shopping and enjoy a few performances on the market stage--you'll notice these are not tourist entertainment, but rather a great way to bone up on your knowledge of the local pop music. Keep in mind that you'll need to bargain hard to get a decent price on your buys. Using our world travel planner, Phnom Penh attractions like Phnom Penh's Night Market can form part of a personalized travel itinerary.

  • Here u can enjoy live music on weekend. Street food is pretty good. Mostly people like to come here buying cheap clothes from local factories. Other accessories are available as well. It located a long river side.
  • I was frankly expecting a bit more from this place. It is nothing like the night markets in Taiwan or Thailand. The goods stalls offer the same old stuff and the food vendors seem to all sell the same processed meat pastes shaped into balls or sticks. I would skip this place if you are short on time. There is one vendor who makes ice creams in front of the stage. They have a breakfast cereal tasting hollow cone they fill up with soft serve ice cream which is likely the only good thing about this place.
  • Not the best night market in South East Asia- pretty small but has clothing and small electronics. Good food stalls. Coconut ice cream is pretty good!
  • Nice place to chill at night. Cheap but good food. Also cheap clothes and live music
  • Not very big, and most sellers seem to sell the exact same stuff as the last....
