However, they tend to try to rip off tourists (by selling scarves, by charging a pretty miserable beach access, by charging the boat, the bike ride or the passage by tuk tuk trip - prices are extremely variable from one tourist to another). We have been in the Board recommended by the backpacker (villa Koh Dach) and we were quite disappointed: fairly high prices (except for the meal and the breakfast simple, cheap and very good) for a room not very clean (and where water us was systematically cut off) and not really warm (the boss who is not french contrary to what was stated in the backpacker (, speak very good English, openly showed his willingness to do business). We have enjoyed watching the inhabitants of the island meet and jjouer volleyball but we must recognize that unless you want to stay relax and read a book to relax, there is not much to do beyond a day and the detour to get to the island is a long (and was dear to us because we got ripped off) to witness scenes of daily life that can be seen in many other cities in Cambodia.show original
