Phnom Bokor National Park, Kampot

(360+ reviews on the web)
National Park
Home to the dilapidated French hill station, Phnom Bokor National Park sits as one of only two ASEAN Heritage Parks in Cambodia. Sprawling mountainous jungle provides a safe habitat for a diverse range of wildlife, including a herd of wild Indian elephants, leopards, and snakes. The accessible section of the park is its hill station, scattered with relics of French colonialism from the 1920s, including an abandoned casino and church. Hire a local tour guide and head to the summit, exploring the misty grounds, leftover ruins, and spectacular views. Use our Kampot vacation builder to add Phnom Bokor National Park and other attractions to your Kampot vacation plans.

  • There are great views to be had all the way round this area. We rode bikes which was great fun. Most people hire motorbikes to see it.  more »
  • I did an organised tour from Kampot in the minivan and rather enjoyed it. The drive to the bottom of the park is short and then a road winds up offering good views. Btw: there is a small entry fee per...  more »
