Phnom Bokor National Park, Kampot
(3.3/5 based on 300+ reviews on the web)
Home to the dilapidated French hill station, Phnom Bokor National Park sits as one of only two ASEAN Heritage Parks in Cambodia. Sprawling mountainous jungle provides a safe habitat for a diverse range of wildlife, including a herd of wild Indian elephants, leopards, and snakes. The accessible section of the park is its hill station, scattered with relics of French colonialism from the 1920s, including an abandoned casino and church. Hire a local tour guide and head to the summit, exploring the misty grounds, leftover ruins, and spectacular views. Use our Kampot vacation builder to add Phnom Bokor National Park and other attractions to your Kampot vacation plans.

  • I rented the scooter to go there. The ride was nice and it was a very green mountain. Felt good. I visited a waterfall and pagoda there. Both are okay. The main idea is to ride around in the mountains...  more »
  • It's a nice trip but because of low clouds and hefty splash of rain remained there is little of the amazing views. The waterfall is fun and in fine weather, you can also walk down. Now it was too smooth.
