The Aquarium and the Black Sea Museum features freshwater and marine flora and fauna, a collection of clams, and a number of preserved fish species. You'll recognize the antique-looking building that houses this aquarium and museum because of its bas-relief images of creatures from the Black Sea. Inside, the exhibits are divided into three sections, where you'll see stingrays, long sturgeon, and sea wolves, among other animals. Browse through displays of oceanographic research and see glass casings with preserved water organisms. Finally, check out an exhibit of mammals, birds, and sharks at the site. Arrange to visit The Aquarium and the Black Sea Museum and other attractions in Varna using our Varna vacation builder.
