Explore the rich cultural history of the region at Nessebar, a major seaside resort area on the Bulgarian coast. This "pearl of the Black Sea" is a World Heritage site and a popular destination for family tourism. Walk barefoot on the fine sand of the bay. The sea bottom dips slightly, making it fun and safe for children. Visit the ancient part of the town to see traces of the Thracian, ancient Greek, Roman, and Ottoman civilizations that occupied the area over the past 3,000 years. • Great wee place for something to do (not much to do in sunny beach) good wee museum but small nice wee village loads of shops and places to eat
  • A very quaint little village. Though rather hilly. Nice little restaurants with elevated views of the coast. You would expect to be expensive but very reasonable.
  • A very interesting architecture, several churches which can be visited, you can walk through the ruins of the old town, all purchases are much cheaper than in sunny beach.
