Danube River, Ruse

Categories: Bodies of Water, Nature & Parks
Inspirock Rating:
3.4/5 based on 85+ reviews on the web
The largest river in the European Union, links ten countries, features picturesque ports, and hosts a plethora of cruises. Experience this dynamic river from the largest port in Ruse, Bulgaria, where neo-Baroque and neo-Rococo architecture dots riverside pathways as people jog and cycle alongside. From here you'll see some unusual monuments, such as a crumbling medieval castle on a rock above the Danube. Grab a bite at a restaurant by the river, snap photos of this site amidst an urban setting, or board one of the riverside cruise boats to learn about the region's history and ecosystems. • Although the Danube is wide enough in Ruse, there are other cities where river and city come together a lot more. In any event, a walk worth the effort, even if the strokes are a tacky, whereas in other parks are pleasant. the sunset is always nice

  • Waterfront no, exits to the sporadic: the port, the wharf, the presentation of identification cards, then suddenly exit straight to the water. The shore is covered with trees. Pleasure riverboats not found how and private boats, but I think that bad was looking unlikely their No. Yes, the opposite one should be Bank — Romania, but the border with her for a long time already not so rigorous, taking into account the desire of both countries to synchronously Schengen area. The river is good, as the views from the Windows of the Hotel Riga, here it is recommend:)
