  • Melnik was a little bit hard to navigate for us since all of the signs are in cyrillic letters. Luckily there were several friendly locals who told us that the view from Kordopulov house is very nice....  more »

  • Awesome house! Mixes several Balkan styles. Nice wine cellar and tunnels in the hillside. Even wine tasting! Fantastic icon from Bulgaria's national revival.
  • This is the 18th century mansion of a rich merchant of Melnik. Well worth a visit if you are passing through. There is a small entrance fee.
  • An amazing point of interest in the smallest city in Bulgaria. It has interesting history and wonderful architecture. Visiting this place is a must when in Melnik. At the end of the tour you are given the opportunity of free wine tasting from the place's wine cellar, which was built by the original owners in the past by digging into the rock on top of which the house was built.
  • Awesome place with authentic look
  • Great place, except that you don't buy the same quality wine that you tasted.
