  • One of strongest symbols in Bulgarian history! Place to remember that thousands of people died for Bulgarian freedom.
  • A good place to visit, now that this step to the UFO comunista(monumento que está unos km más arriba), if not si no seria it would be by this monument we had avoided it but when camino is worth. Although I must say that you have to climb 200 stairs to get to the monument which in the hot day we spent was a little agony. Allows the Tower after went through box to upload up to above to have a panoramic view.

  • Indeed, the title of the attractions not quite exact. It's 2 different places. Park-Museum "Shipka" is on the road to Šipčenskom pass, Gabrovo and Buzludja is a completely different place and goes to him another way. By the way, there has long been all destroyed, looted, there's nothing to watch there. Built it long, and destroyed and dismantled quickly. Bulgarians say themselves that it is a monument of the past, except that from afar is worth seeing the plate inside did not get it before there was a Museum and now one ruin. Therefore, I advise you to immediately go to the top of the Šipčenskogo pass, to get acquainted with some moments of the Russo-Turkish war. You can only get there by own transport or specially organized excursion. There is always cold and windy, so useful warm jacket and athletic shoes. There will have to climb up and down stairs and around a thousand of them there.
