  • Well - pretty slow! Pussers store is gutted and the only place open was D Best Cup. Turned out to be a good stop as the breakfast/lunch we had there was great! We walked the dock down past Voyages and...  more »
  • This place was one of my favourites in the BVI'S and it is so sad to see the devastation from Irma and Maria. There is still a chink of light as Pussers restaurant is still open upstairs, but be prepa...  more »

  • Met the owner of voyage charters here and what she is so nice! When you come ask for Jo-Ann Downing and she will take care of you with any boating adventures you need!
  • Sopers hole is recovering nicely
  • Very cute marina. Everything is painted in pastels and is quite clean. There was one restaurant open when we arrived, Pussers-food was ok. Atmosphere is great, very relaxing-pretty quiet for the most part. Nice Rite Way grocery store for provisions and several little souvenir shops. There was a coffee shop there as well with great coffee! Nice way to spend a few free hours!
  • Very nice village and docks to visit. O'mars Cafe is the best!
  • Cute place ..... BUT, very expensive and not very customers friendly. We travelled the Carribean for 4 months, wanted to spent our last days in a peaceful and small Marina. After finding out the ridiculous high price; 142 US Dollars per night for a 57 footer (we never paid as much anywhere in the Carribean from Grenada all the way up to the BVI'S!!) we went to have a talk with the staff. They said they would come and talk with us later that day, also to solve an issue with our electricity that we couldn't get working. Despite the fact that the Marina was half empty and it was already end of season, they never came back to us. We had to run the generator to get electricity! Our neighbor for the last nights was an enormous motor yacht blocking off our view, and obviously making it much noisier. As for the internet, (also important to us as we are working people), it didn't work onboard, sometimes (when lucky) it did work at the restaurant, but not more then getting your email downloaded. When we installed their internet service, there was a price list of the Marina on the internet with prices of 50US dollars less per night!!! When we mentioned this to the staff, they reacted as if they didn't have anything to do with that! "This is a internetcompany in the States that put these prices up their site".... The only thing i liked about this marina was the very friendly coffee shop, (with good internet) and a fabulous restaurant, called Scaramouche, owned by an Italian couple. (Even if you are staying in Nanny Cay, it is worth to go and eat in this restaurant). The supermarket is well stocked and is not too expensive. Laundry service is ok, a very friendly girl working there, who explained all to do your wash yourself which makes up a bit for the price of the slip........ All in all very disappointing, maybe they are not worried about "private yachts" because they have a charter company occupying half of their places. What a shame for an old family business, you would expect more, especially for that price.
