The Baths, Virgin Gorda
Categories: Geologic Formations, Beaches, Nature & Parks, Tourist Spots, Outdoor Activities
Navigate the dramatic granite boulders strewn across the enigmatic beach at The Baths. Observe beautifully clear ocean waters, lapping at the time-eroded and rounded rocks. Walk across the soft golden sands, exploring the grottos and tunnels formed by these otherworldly stones, and swim in the calm ocean. You’ll have to take a short but scenic hike to reach the beach--look out for the strange skull-like rock on the way. Consider setting out early, as the beach can get very crowded when cruise parties attend.
