Poco do Marimbondo Waterfall, Visconde de Maua
(4.7/5 based on 300+ reviews on the web)
Hidden deep in the lush Vale do Pavão, Poco do Marimbondo Waterfall is at the end of a difficult but scenic trail roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) long. You will know your efforts were worthwhile when, emerging from the undergrowth, you catch your first sight of the beautiful waterfall. The crystal-clear pool, green from the reflection of the surrounding forest, is cold but refreshing, and after diving in, you can bask in the sun on the large boulders at the water’s edge; the only sounds you will hear are the gentle rush of water and melodious birdsong. • the road is of type rally with a lot of emotion, a lot of it, has no signage, this is bad, why not think about cell phone get, we don't see people down the road, myth hard to see someone or some place, I almost gave up, but it was worth the walk, you get in the car and still makes a good trail hard, on a map, well, steep that when , the waterfall will not have a soul kkkk pq is very difficult to access, but when it comes to rs ta full and visula and water afff speechless, it was worth every km!!

  • Nice location, pleasant, picturesque, but a little distant and uneven road, the more it is worth.

  • One of the best waterfalls in the region, your well has a green water that makes the visitor forget the six miles of dirt road that had to face.
