  • We left the pond, walked approximately 1; 30 p/go, we went to the bonetinho, or tiring track Bonete, why not rest. Some climbs, don't advise to young children. I took water and some things to eat, but have 2 kiosk.

  • Super full and entertaining, medium difficulty, don't go if you don't have a good physical condition, the beaches are amazing

  • I made several times the trail of Seven Beaches from the Pond but the last time I chose to start in the fortress. The visual is another, obviously. Right away a house in ruins, virtually invisible when breaks by the Pond. Then the bolders. There, the biggest rise of the island, passing by the plantations, the House and the beach of cedar, with fresh water, shade and calm waters but not so shallow. following the big Beach Bonete, Bonete (Bonetinho), the Western Beach and Pond. Take food, appropriate footwear, water and prepare for the climb. On two different occasions I saw snakes along the way.
