  • The place is just wonderful. Clear, transparent water. It is possible to see colorful fish, sea turtles. But it is a place full of rocks and dangerous for those with no experience. The trail has always been difficult but today (July 2022) after some parts of the trail have collapsed it is extremely dangerous. A tip to get there, without taking that risk, is to take a boat for R$40 (round trip) that leaves from Praia do Meio.
  • Access is via a long, steep trail, or by boat. Take repellent. Few street vendors, with prices above the local average. The beauty of the place is casual and depends on the combination of several factors: angle of the sun, presence of clouds, deposition of organic residues, water temperature, etc... to attract different fish and the photos are cool. Massive human presence, incompatible with local capacity and preservation, is undermining the niche. It's not a worthwhile trip.
  • Don't go if you don't have the agility to walk on smooth and wet stones, on post-rainy days, or on rainy days, worse, because the water gets cloudy, the walk turns into a nightmare... return on the speedboat 40 reais per person (19/07/22) is very challenging for those who expect a peaceful crossing... Anyway, it's a tour for athletic, thin and young people...😔
  • Beautiful place, worth visiting. Access is via a trail, which is not long, but has a degree of difficulty due to the mud and steepness, or via a boat located on the middle beach. For those who choose to go by boat, the crossing takes 5 minutes and a fee of 20 reais per person is charged for each crossing.
  • Beautiful place but... Speedboats inside the pools polluting the water and putting bathers at risk Amount of people far above what the place can handle: garbage and devastation of corals. You need to delimit the speedboat area and limit access to x people per day.
