  • Did the track "Crossings" with an IAU guide only. Almost 12 km walk to climb the mountain and walk on your crest. Is very worthwhile. The view is great and the track is very different for being largely of rocks. Rising tire well, but then you can take it easy. At the end you can cool off in a small waterfall.

  • A lot of mess and dirt, people are going to walk but not clean. I don't recommend the passage there in big parties

  • We went with the Iau Trip as day-off of Tiradentes and eating and drinking. We did ride 5:00 full. It is not recommended to go without a guide. Medium difficulty track and with sighting of snakes in some places. Through the way of stones built by slaves. We went with a lot of security. It was the rainy season so we all become defiled. It was losing importance as we reached the top. Harald Guide, with 30 years of experience in track, was responsible for the good times! Know a lot about the fauna and flora. His hobby is geology and has jungle survival courses. So we got in the mood of Pathfinders of the region. We were rewarded with a bath in the natural swimming pool and waterfall and wash the soul and the sneakers for after fouling again on back with descents of pure clay. We came home tired but energized!
