  • I was upset .... Next year! The façade and beautiful and I hope I can come back. Recommend to visit the Church of the conception in front. Also known as the Church of the slaves. And moving the effort of ex. Slaves from farms in the region to have a fe. Excited. Thanks for the visit and pray for their souls suffered.

  • The entry is not free, but the amount charged is more than fair! The Museum has a flawless Structure, the facilities are super clean, the exposed images are beautiful, and when entering the Museum the combination of works with music in the background makes the visit unforgettable. Another super cool is the fact there are tabs that remain at the Museum for having a lot of richness in details the wonderful story of Samir.

  • Great
  • The Museum is located in a super original. Is a small but very well organized Museum. You can stay a long time to find out all the details of the figures, but also gives to the view the "run", though so if you miss the magic of the Museum.

  • This museum is beautiful and touching! The building-a former jail-fully restored and the images of Sant'Ana, representing the Brazilian Baroque, are not to be missed. On top of everything else, has excellent coffee. This museum is comparable to a good Museum abroad, so worthy of pride for us Brazilians. Worth the visit!

  • Rich and exciting visit. Diverse collection and well-kept, with information about each one of the pieces. Be sure to hear the statement "lack lit" at the end of the visit.

Where to stay in Tiradentes

For an atmospheric stay among the Baroque architecture, consider staying in the center of Tiradentes. Prices inflate greatly on weekends, and in the accommodations directly next to the historical area. Charming pousadas (guesthouses) and small hotels make up most of the selection in town, though budget rooms in hostels can also be found if you don't mind staying a few streets from the major attractions. Out of town, you'll find a few more pousadas along the main roads leading out to the south, east, and west, as well as rental apartments and campsites.
