  • The elevated walkway through the forest is a must. Take water to re-hydrate, a good camera and you're ready for a relaxing hike with a soundtrack of birds and the occasional monkey.  more »
  • On my last visit to Teresópolis, as fond of nature, I went to the Municipal Park of Teresópolis, but didn't get in. The value of the ticket, R $17.00 per person plus the value of the parking lot, got an absurd amount, that although nature lover, I refused to pay. I headed for the farm Comari, where kids could run around on the grass, playing with geese and take pictures with nice visual. If the purpose of the town hall was to limit visitation to the Park ... got and I felt excluded, unable to join with my family! SHAME!

  • The Park is little known and has access to a little tricky (I had to go with GPS, because boards signaling is not very useful to get there). The location is beautiful, with hiking trails and waterfalls. If you are visiting take your food and drinks since there is no trade in place nor restaurants. It's a ride to live the nature!
