Carneiros Beach, Tamandare

(4.7/5 based on 8,000+ reviews on the web)
The island of Carneiros Beach is famous for its soft, white sandy beaches, natural pools, and for its dozens of shipwrecks that attract snorkelers and divers. You can get to the island dotted with coconut trees by chartering a catamaran, or by driving--but be warned that the island beach is somewhat private so in order to access it you may have to stay at one of the resorts, hotels, or Pousadas (B&B), or you can dine at one of the restaurants for access. Our Tamandare vacation builder makes visiting Carneiros Beach and other Tamandare attractions simple, and helps you make a travel plan personal to you.

  • Beautiful beach, a blue, without doubt one of the most beautiful beaches of Brazil. It's worth too much to know.

  • That's right, this beach has no free access, you must choose one of the beach huts to gain access, I chose to Bora Bora and paid 30 reais for the "parking lot", is the justification. At the entrance you are approached for the tour by speedboat or catamaran, well price saltier than of the boatmen that stay on the beach offering the same (I chose Alex catamaran/Alexia, boatman good people, no rush), at half the price. The natural pool is opposite the tent Bora Bora, you don't need a boat to get to, it's really very beautiful, full of fish. The beach has an infinite beauty, worth knowing. I didn't think it was funny in the clay bath offered on the catamaran, is more an opportunity for sellers to offer their products.
