  • The water Park is located on the banks of the river Sorocaba, in neighborhood close to the city centre. Is a beautiful and magnificent park, with walking tracks, gym equipment, blocks, children's toys, lots of vegetation, lakes, etc. Could be better care to earn a "good", but it's still nice and good to use. Worth knowing.

  • Place large and open, ideal for sports and activities with children. The slopes are beautiful and well preserved. There is a beautiful work of artist Chico Niedzielski, red on a huge scale. Fill your eyes! I think I lack a bit of shade of the trees. That would leave even more enjoyable.

Where to stay in Sorocaba

As you might expect from a city not frequented by tourists, Sorocaba's accommodations do not feature an overwhelming concentration of options in a single area. Hotels and guesthouses spread across much of the city, though you'll find a good number in the city center, roughly within the triangle formed by the Rua Sete de Setembro, Avenida Moreira Cesar, and Sorocaba River. Stay within this district for easy access to the city's attractions, including churches, colonial-era administrative buildings, and museums. For more budget-friendly prices, opt for smaller-scale hotels rather than international chains and towering skyscrapers.
