  • A yummy place! Full of trees, fresh, with a Creek and lots of toys for the little ones. Can lead dog!!! To sum up one of the best places to spend a morning or afternoon with the kids. But, be sure to take juices and snacks, because it has no cafeteria. Great place to have a picnic.

  • Good place to spend a few hours contemplating and exploring nature. Well maintained park with possibility to use some spaces to picnic with friends.

  • The Park is very beautiful, full of Greens, water and shade. But stop there. These strengths are overshadowed by the lack of local structure: does not have parking. You need to let the vehicles on the streets around, usually full because there is a health centre, where many prefer to also leave the cars on the street instead of paying the parking lot he owns. Does not have even a diner to eat. Nothing at all. Take snacks. The food is one of the biggest attractions of the Park. Could for ice cream, salted, natural snacks and preensados, salads, the options are many. Could have signs indicating the native plant species, can some animals and birds. The Park is pretty old and for as long as it exists, could have a much better infrastructure.

  • Wonderful place to workout
  • Nice
  • Perfect place and beautiful ... amid the city boasts Lake. Streams. Trails. Open fields. Leisure area for children with toys. Area for picnics. Always very well attended. Community garden ... people practicing yoga. Great place to take dogs for walks ... closes too early ((:(

  • Place like in the midst of nature. Very quiet, good for hiking and walking. I just think it was a little to be desired in the maintenance but I will come back for sure 😊

Where to stay in Sorocaba

As you might expect from a city not frequented by tourists, Sorocaba's accommodations do not feature an overwhelming concentration of options in a single area. Hotels and guesthouses spread across much of the city, though you'll find a good number in the city center, roughly within the triangle formed by the Rua Sete de Setembro, Avenida Moreira Cesar, and Sorocaba River. Stay within this district for easy access to the city's attractions, including churches, colonial-era administrative buildings, and museums. For more budget-friendly prices, opt for smaller-scale hotels rather than international chains and towering skyscrapers.
