Biquinha de Anchieta, Sao Vicente

2.0
Biquinha de Anchieta is a small square characteristic for its tiled fountain depicting padre Anchieta, the Jesuit priest who tried to convert the native Indians to Catholicism. Surrounded by souvenir shops, and shops selling Brazilian homemade sweets such as passion-fruit pudding and beijinhos de coco (coconut kisses, similar to macaroons), the site is pleasant for a brief stroll and souvenir shopping. There is also a playground for kids. A visit to Biquinha de Anchieta represents just the start of the adventure when you use our Sao Vicente journey builder site to plot your vacation.

  • The city literally Biquinha dropout! The site should have the full attention of the authorities and the whole population. I was there the day 29-10-2017e I saw was amazing ... the city "reformed" bathrooms, one for each sex, but is the same, only one person at a time and something else .... very bad quality material ... the walls were whitewashed, "" you can't even compare to the stinking bathrooms rodoviári that are better cared for. Hey Mayor/Secretaries ... do a decent service, after all you will be able to put up a sign with your name on it for eternity and be remembered in next management, maybe for your grandchildren, we must prioritize improvement always ... Review the project and carry out money! I and others can collaborate with maintenance ideas as placing stones on kiosks to seem more possible demolition of the original "banheirites" and do a decent bathrooms European style, with payment for use etc. After all the monument deserves to be the "Crown Jewel", your year of creating and maintaining a Municipal Guard to keep out the homeless. • A site completely abandoned by the Government and taken by the population and all harmful to local species, including full of keepers and military police and guard does nothing to curb this kind of abuse. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS SITE AND FESTER!

  • Typical of St. Vincent place, with their sweet stalls, the sea and the Sun packing the enjoy delicacies that get fat, but good for the soul. Talk to the owners of kiosks, listening to stories of a time Biquinha, aurea your decadence and your resurface. All this, makes us enjoy the goodies without guilt.
