  • Took the Metro to Armenia station and walked about 5 minutes to AV. Pedro Vicente to the museum on the left. Free to all. Signage only in Portuguese, but just seeing the rolling stock was with it! Cov...  more »
  • My visit to the Museum (June 2017 free admission any day) was a surprise, good and bad. Very nice collection, good side bad side, the facilities are very simple and do not have the support of the Town Hall. Anyway is a museum with a lot of history. There are some copies of bus in the courtyard, replicas of the bus stop and the itinerary together (that I found brilliant), another thing that left me silly and I forgot you existed London bus in town around 1988 but didn't take for more than 5 years, the famous big man. (People like so? I'm crazy about these buses and even remembered them in any season). The site is also full of pictures of the old Sao Paulo, how was traffic collisions, accidents, product launches, changes of the city. Another delicious surprise was the bus lines in the city circulated Pope for years, bus half truck half bus literally. Too bad I wasn't born, would have loved. And not to stretch much loved see the chronology of our currency time of Dom Pedro to the present day not to mention in the notes and bus tickets? Arriving today finally the single ticket. Anyway, is it worth it? Is very worthwhile. The location is great, full of cultural history, full of memories that should not die. There is no coffee in the Museum, or parking lot. There are simple but clean bathrooms. Don't let go. SAMPA is all good PS the note I put on TripAdvisor is always seeking the place culturally. If it enriches you.

  • The place is not very big, but it's very well spent. There are several bus, trams and cars, not only public transport, but also police and firefighters. Photo Gallery, thumbnails, watches, furniture, sewing machines, watches and various other odds and ends that make us learn and remember the past. Worth the visit, from one to 2 hours.
