Rua 25 de Marco, Sao Paulo

3.4
Now encompassing more than one street, the Rua 25 de Marco is still known under its original name. It lies in one of the most diverse neighborhoods of the city, where immigrants from all over the world converge to buy and sell their wares. Here you will find hundreds of shops selling miscellaneous items, such as jewelry, toys, accessories, and household goods. Some vendors sell these items in bulk to resellers, while others will sell directly to you, the consumer. Keep an eye on your personal belongings in the area, visitors are often targets for thieves. However--apart from the occasional pickpocketing-- the area is quite safe and is always open for business. • This is a place very suitable for those who like to buy so: good, nice and cheap. And with a good "bargain" or bargain, if you have good discounts. For those who like or sell costumes, costume jewelry, birthday decorations, haberdashery (la, crochet, lace and more), plushes of all models, room decorations and costumes, characters ... This is the place. Tip 1: the money all comes out a lot cheaper and you can negotiate better if the purchase is for multiple items. There is a place called Haberdashery Fernando, where you will find everything you can imagine from toys, school supplies, Office, personal care ... handbags shops. Tip 2: always good to walk together, keep an eye on your bag, avoid counting money in front of strangers, do not use the valuable gold accessories for day trips/shopping on 25. Enjoy!

  • We were going to at least once a month, but prices have increased significantly in the last year, a pisco 25.00???? Usually drink well. But the worst ... I asked for some water and they brought me 300 ml of filtered water, cold, in a glass jar. As in some places outside of Brazil filtrara water is not charged, found a kindness, but I thought it was weird and just asking, is for free? And of course the answer was no, they were charging the price of a bottle. When in doubt of the origin of the water, I asked bottle (I have absolutely nothing against water "t-tap", I've had a lot of water hose, but found outrageous). Good Riconcito times two years ago.

  • Even the street March 25 being taken by the Chinese with their contraband, the most famous shop is a Portuguese, the Haberdashery Fernando. The main feature of this store are low prices, the diversity of products and the mess that is there. Want to face? Get there early and you won't regret it.
