  • Wonderful building, with impeccable detail. Need a paint job. I thought it was kind of expensive too, like everything in São Paulo.

  • The museu do Teatro Municipal de São Paulo was recently reopened, existing since 1983. In addition to the architectural beauty of the place has a permanent exhibition with 60 panels that depict the historical trajectory of the theater and also has more than 6000 photographs and 30000 documents about activities involving dance, theater, music, Opera and some rarities as some posters, rare costumes operas and a video on the display Assembly and the history of the Teatro Municipal. Excellent program!

  • Unless you don't go into the theater and a place of watching leads to the past, I had the opportunity to meet the entire theatre and recommend the tour. The Hall of arches and an amazing place to visit Indian.

  • very pretty opera house in a rather precarious region of the city, trying really hard to produce good classical music, often not quite succeeding at it, though...
  • Interesting guided tours, available in English, starting at the foundations of the building (which formerly housed the air conditioning of the theater) up to the main and smaller concert halls, where you will learn some interesting historical facts about Sao Paulo and the building.
  • Lugar belissimo.
  • It's a beautiful building in strong contrast its neighbourhood and the city. We had a guided tour of the building for free. What else could you possible ask for. Our guide was great and we learned so much about the city and its history.
  • One of the oldest and most beautiful architectonic places to visit in Sao Paulo. Recently restored and fully operating. Tickets are available online for popular prices.
