  • Cheap, is a great place to learn a little about the history of Japanese Immigration to Brazil. With numerous collection, assembled through donations of immigrant families, this museum tells in detail, each step of the Japanese immigrants, even before the arrival of the famous ship Kasato Maru, which arrived in Brazil in 1908. Original parts, agricultural machinery, clothing, a replica of the habitation period. All very well explained and well taken care of. There are three floors (7th, 8th and 9th floors) but are not all that have elevator. What hinders accessibility. There's no parking, but finding a parking spot on the street is easy. We went on a Sunday afternoon. It is a comparitively Godspeed, go with child. Knowledge guaranteed to everyone!

  • Dropped by during my off hours of my business trip, but this place was way better than I expected. Had detailed audio program, the machinery might be a bit old, but with all these old video and photos...  more »
  • The Museum is complete, are 3 stories that bring the history of immigration in Brazil. Be sure to talk to the lordy that is on the 9th floor. He has amazing stories that go far beyond the collection on the topic! It's good to have at least 3 hours, for those who like to view all the details of the exhibition.
