  • The pace is unique, you'll find a great variety of fruits, cheese, peppers and condiments of all kind. There's a parking lot, it's very busy and you may spent one hour just waiting to park, I recommend to go by public transportation or by taxi or Uber as well. Inside the market is very crowded. The surroundings of the market is a quite dangerous to walk.
  • Architecture is beautiful and the amount and variety of fruits, oils, cheese, and other items is an amazing experience, especially if you're open to taste new flavours. Cons: Prices are high because this is a touristic spot, and the surrounds of the building, especially in front of it in parking lot at Av Do Estado the smell of garbage is terrible. It doesn't comes into the building but I wish this place and surrounds could be better cleaned and revitalized. Good news is that the local community center, Sesc is building an occupation right in front of the building, trying to bring services and culture for the locals and so start this revitalizing and revaluing of the area.
  • A market like place. Veggies and fruits are fresh and you get household groceries at a better affordable price. But a little cozy though
  • Awesome experience. So many vendors, so many people. I loved all the free samples and trying all different types of fruit.
  • Don't waste your time... The vegitables and fruits of multiple vendors housed many insects. Not entirely sure why so many people shop there. Decided to go to the supermarket for vegitables and fruits, so sad. I did enjoy the coffee at a cafe though.
