  • Great Art Deco building whose exterior and interior decorations (BAS) were made by artist Mario Mirko Vucetich.

  • Have to make schedule for the visit. Brewing, in order of arrival, so you might want to get there early, because the number of places is limited, 10 slots in each time. The site said it would have a CIT's van in front of the building to the schedule, but the safety of the building said that the van has not been there. The CIT doesn't arrive until just before the time of the visitation when the queue is already in progress. When I went there, the security guard riding on the line. Take photo ID required for scheduling of the visit with the CIT and for presentation at the City Hall reception. Register and take digital photo. Two security guards, in addition to the monitor. After entering, you have to leave backpacks on the locked cabinet. Rooftop garden, 14. Back of 360 degrees, but cannot get out. You have to be in part of the garden. Has 3 viewpoints. Has part covered with vases and flower pots with plants. On the open's tallest trees. Small pond with carps. Beautiful view of the theater. The Mayor's Office was no longer open to visitation. Is one of the options to visit with panoramic views of the city, since the Banespa Tower is closed (it looks like it's going to reopen). Has several other tourist attractions in the surrounding area easy access to Subway security: particularly chose to go there during business hours, when the region is busy, because I don't know how is the place on the weekends. The area gives a feeling of insecurity. There's plenty of policing, but has too much of everything. You have to be very careful, be very careful and not engage in streets or places less busy

  • The construction is very beautiful and full of history, but the visit is limited to the access floor to the public and to the garden, on the last floor, the latter built recently. The guide was correct and if enough esforcou p be ingratiating, but follows a pre defined script, where some questions remained unanswered. The ride isn't bad, that frustacao for not having seen the interior of the building or the Mayor's Office. To improve a lot. Note In similar q ride was held in the seat of the Government of Argentina, met many rooms, including the Office of the Presidency. This version paulistana owe. Thanks for the view of the city on the top floor

  • Met the major in the noble hall and took a street car tour. It was a fun experience! Will definitely revisit.
  • A very beautiful architecture, a lot of history to know. Has the guided tours Monday through Saturday, with the 10:30 the 14:30 and the 16:30 the hanging garden is very nice, not to mention the view we have of the city centre, and the Valley of Anhangabaú.

  • Matarazzo family legacy, the building today houses the City Hall of the city of São Paulo. Has a Panel in the hall that shows a map of Brazil. A garden on the top floor with a beautiful view to the Viaduto do Chá Vale do Anhangabaú municipal theater. The visits are guided and free.

  • The visit monitored is interesting. Is explained on the facade, on the family, and it's done a Matarazzo detailed garden tour on the fourteenth floor. A few lookouts with views of many landmarks such as the municipal theatre, the shopping light, the Cathedral, the Town Hall, Joelma building. The tour is interesting for children, but the site is not used to receive them. There is no baby changer or place to sit while waiting to begin the visit

  • Pretty cool the city be open to visitation, the building is beautiful, the garden, the Cabinet also unfortunately cannot be more visited. One annoying thing is that you need to get with 1 hour in advance to register, and if you're not there with exactly 1 hour in advance, you will not be able to make the visit, like if you choose to visit the 14:30, then be there promptly 13:30 If it comes to 13:45, even if there are still vacancies, you will no longer be able to make this visit.
